Aerobics provides an easy and fun form of group physical exercise to keep healthy.

Role Playing

Role playing and acting are inspirational. Children love to create their own settings where they can dress up in costumes and act out scenes they like.

Music

Music and instrumental sounds are beneficial in creating both a lively environment as well as a soothing environment.

Harmony with Nature

Our natural world has beauties beyond our understanding. Plants and animals have a wonderful sense of peace that can bring prosperity to anyone who is in alignment with being harmonious with nature.

Yoga

Yoga provides a calm form of group physical and mental exercise to keep ourselves connected with our mind, body and soul.

Sports

A wide range of sports provide a more intense form of group physical exercise to encourage team play and competiveness.

Group Interaction

It is important for children to interact with each other. They can form lasting friendships. These friendships bring enormous contributions such as advice, support and general well being.

Cooking

Cooking provides a more individualistic hobby which children can learn and grow on their own but also allow them to seek help when needed.

Day Celebrations

Day celebrations are days set aside to highlight important people and things in a child’s life. Some examples of our celebratory days include ‘traditional day’, ‘role model day’ and ‘chocolate day.’

Stage Performing

Children will be coached on stage performing. They will be taught to build their self-esteem and confidence so that they can face demanding situations or potential challenges in the real world.

Annual Function

At Anoora, we feel it is important that we celebrate the achievements of all the children, parents, guardians, doctors, staff and volunteers. Once a year, a special function will be held to showcase the growth and development of everything going on at Anoora.
